We currently ship to Malaysian region at the moment. If you are outside our shipping areas, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after your purchase. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any significant delays.

1.3 Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
  • East Malaysia: 3-5 business days
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary based on location and courier.

1.4 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. 

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a whatsapp message with tracking information. You can monitor your shipment status directly through the provided tracking link.

1.6 Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at +60 16 937 2776. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 Days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Certain items (e.g., opened supplements, perishable goods, or personalized products) are non-returnable. Please check the product page for specific return restrictions.

2.2 Return Process

2.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fee unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.4 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

2.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24-48 Hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
